This is my niece, Olivia. She is, hands down, the cutest baby I’ve ever seen in my life, and I’m more adamant about that than I am about my assertions in regards to Ralphie. :)
My life is apparently quite boring, I’m struggling to find interesting things to photograph about myself. I determined a few weeks ago that I was going to make life more interesting while I was still here in Georgia, and I’m determined to do so. Whatever shape that takes, I don’t know yet, but if I’m stuck here I’m sure as hell not going to do it and be miserable.
For now, I’m still really enjoying Joyce, and I started multi-booking again (rereading the Silmarillion), I think I’ll continue to take refuge in books for a while. Tolkien for Adventure, Joyce for beauty, Salinger for wit, and Austen for understanding. Most people wouldn’t understand, but for the time being, I’ll accept that books are all I need. That’s actually a little comforting.
