This is me enjoying my birthday beverage from Johnnie MacCrackens, I think it was called a chocolate drop, it was a mix of hazlenut and vanilla vodka, which had to be downed immediately after sucking on a sugar coated lemon. Somehow all those flavors really do work together to give off the taste of chocolate. Followed thereafter by a Guinness.
Anyways, didn’t do much today, watched 24, and read a lot, then went to the pub to talk about “The Existential Jesus” (an interesting conversation, to be sure, I was a bit toasted and spent most of that time trying to not look drunk). Finally got a bit deeper into Joyce’s “Dubliners”, quite a good book thus far, my favorite of the short stories is Araby, beautifully written piece.
Didn’t remedy the previously mentioned issue of the number. Will try to do so tomorrow.
